Extended Curriculum

As well as the day-to-day taught curriculum, we believe in the benefits of much wider and creative learning experiences.

These experiences may be trips to local areas of interest, visits from experts or projects such as the learning we do with Forest School.

All our classes benefit from taking part in a variety of trips / visitors to complement learning. Pupils have visited The Science Museum, Tower of London, the Royal Observatory, Hertfordshire Zoo, The Houses of Parliament and London Mithraeum.

Our curriculum is designed to provide a rich and varied programme of activities and learning experiences to meet the needs, interests, and aspirations of all learners, within and beyond the school day. We encourage pupils to take part in wider events such as Young Voices at the O2 Arena, Voice in a Million at the OVO Wembley Arena and Royal Opera House. Children are encouraged to attend professional matches organised by the school, allowing them to experience competitive sports of all kinds.

  • Ballet
